Russ has worked in some of the most stressed corporate situations. Over the course of his career he has successfully managed financial and operational turnarounds, start-ups, divestitures, facility transitions, union contract negotiations, and strategic reorganizations. He has maintained a record of profitable and sustainable performance by affecting the work environment to be more accountable, open, and honest.
One of the biggest challenges Russ faced during his career is how to effectively support a sales team and grow the top-line year-over-year. It was a search for help that led him to the work of Stephan Schiffman at DEI and Steve Mulch at Veritas Training Group. He was immediately drawn to the program by its’ practicality and affordability. The technolgy for providing follow-up and reinforcement added to its' allure.
Russ has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and has held executive leadership positions with companies ranging from Fortune 200 companies such as Honeywell and James River Corporation, to privately held companies to technology businesses and even a public utility. In those roles he has also had experience working on business development opportunities within Asia and Europe. In addition, Russ is Licensed Human Element Practitioner - LHEP™, InBound Marketing Certified and a Lean Manufacturing Green Belt.
